For farmers with a limited number of animals but still emphasis on silage quality and nutrition, the MC850 flex is our newest addition! Compared to our other models, the MC850 flex offer a new size of bale. The unique characteristics of the flex allows the machine to bale smaller bales than before, perfect for small-sized farmers and contractors, especially optimal for horse farmers who prefer feeding as fresh silage as possible.

Together with our other models, the MC850 flex is currently compatible with over 25 different materials and is still expanding to new areas of use.

Build for Flexibility

The MC850 flex, which the name indicates, is our most flexible model yet. The flex allows the customer, through seamless adjustment transitions, to regulate the size of the bales they make! Your average flex bale will start at approximately 150kg but can range up to 400kg based on the customer’s preference. Simply attach the correct belt, which is provided together with the machine, regulate the bale settings on the machine control panel, and bale!

For optimal silage conservation Orkel will assure you have access to the correct size of wrapping film by providing film adapters and technical support where necessary.
