Regional Sales Manager – Compactor Round Balers
Location: Europe (Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany or nearby regions)
Orkel AS is looking for an engaged and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our position in the European market for our Compactor round balers.
About the role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our customer relationships across Europe. You will be responsible for building sales in the region, supporting distributors and customers, and representing Orkel at trade fairs and customer events. The role includes significant travel – typically around 100 days per year.
The position will be hired via a third-party provider, reporting directly to our Sales Director. Start-up is flexible.
Key responsibilities
- Active sales and marketing of Orkel Compactor round balers in Europe
- Develop and manage customer base and dealer network
- Participate in trade fairs, customer visits, and product demonstrations
- Provide technical understanding and product knowledge in customer dialogue
- Systematic use of our IT tools (CRM, Teams, reporting)
- Work closely with our team in Norway
Qualifications
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Preferably one or more additional languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Experience in international B2B sales, preferably in agricultural machinery or technical products
- Technical understanding and interest
- Structured and systematic working style
- Comfortable using digital meeting platforms and modern sales tools
