{"id":39068,"date":"2021-04-12T13:49:35","date_gmt":"2021-04-12T11:49:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.orkel.com\/blog\/service-op-afstand-introductie-van-orkel-liveassist\/"},"modified":"2026-02-12T09:18:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T08:18:56","slug":"service-op-afstand-introductie-van-orkel-liveassist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.orkel.com\/nl\/blog\/service-op-afstand-introductie-van-orkel-liveassist\/","title":{"rendered":"Service op afstand: Introductie van Orkel LiveAssist"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ondersteuning op afstand met Orkel LiveAssist<\/h4>\n\n<p>Gezien de huidige reisbeperkingen zijn wij op zoek gegaan naar alternatieven voor reguliere inbedrijfstelling en service op locatie om uw dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel te laten verlopen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Na diverse veldtesten met dealers en klanten over de hele wereld, presenteren wij u nu met trots Orkels eerste oplossing voor service op afstand: LiveAssist!<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hoe werkt het?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Het LiveAssist-apparaat is in feite een apparaat dat op het hoofd wordt gedragen en dat onze klanten op afstand kunnen gebruiken om direct te communiceren met een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orkel.com\/nl\/klantenservice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Orkel-servicetechnicus<\/a>. Terwijl de klant het apparaat draagt, kan de Orkel-technicus met wie hij spreekt de omgeving zien. Bovendien kan de technicus effici\u00ebnt de nodige stappen beschrijven om een eventueel probleem op te lossen. Dit maakt het dagelijks leven effici\u00ebnt en de bediening eenvoudig, zonder dat de fysieke aanwezigheid van een technicus vereist is.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Elke klant die inbedrijfstelling of technische service nodig heeft, krijgt een LiveAssist-kit toegestuurd.
